Does it work for small and local gyms?
Yes — GymMantra is designed for Indian gyms of every size. Collect fees to your own UPI ID without a payment gateway, run attendance from a phone or an inexpensive kiosk, and send members reminders in English or Hinglish.
How does QR attendance work?
Print your gym's permanent QR at the desk. Members scan it in the app to check in; walk-ins without a phone can self check-in on a kiosk screen using just their phone number. Owners see a live 'just arrived' feed.
Can members join without the front desk?
Yes. Share your gym's join link or QR — new members register themselves, you approve them from the dashboard, and enquiries from your lead QR land in a follow-up pipeline.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. The owner console runs in any browser, members use their own phones, and the optional kiosk mode runs on any spare phone or tablet.
Is my gym's data safe?
Each gym's data is isolated in its own tenant, access is role-based (owner, staff, member), traffic is encrypted, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
